Daniel Hechter’s Caractere is a Leather scent for men. Caractere was first introduced in 1989. Alain Verjus is the perfumer behind this scent. Aldehydes, artemisia, caraway, lavender, basil, and bergamot are the top notes; fir, pepper, jasmine, carnation, sage, and geranium are the middle notes; and leather, amber, patchouli, musk, coconut, oakmoss, incense, and cedar are the base notes.
